Congratulations to Mr. Brian Root who was honored today for his commitment to helping expand swimming class hours for seniors at Shigeo Ushiro Manana Neighborhood Park; as well as for his dedication and efforts to bettering the Pearl City community.
Honolulu City Councilman Brandon Elefante and staff presented Mr. Root with an Honorary Certificate from the Honolulu City Council this morning during a ceremony at the Shigeo Ushiro Manana Neighborhood Park swimming pool complex with family and friends in attendance.
“Brian Root was instrumental with work with seniors at the Shigeo Ushiro Manana Neighborhood Park to expand swimming class hours for the seniors in the morning and has worked tirelessly in the community,” said Councilman Elefante.
