Nanakuli takes out Pearl City in four sets, remains unbeaten at 5-0

The Pearl City Chargers went down to the visiting and undefeated Nanakuli Golden Hawks last night in four sets; 25-18, 23-25, 25-22, 25-23 in a tough OIA Western Division Boys Volleyball match-up played at Pearl City High School.

The Golden Hawks improved to a perfect 5-0 in league play while the Chargers evened their league record at 2-2.

Makoa Kekaula Van Gleson led the Golden Hawks with 16 kills.

Fati Seei-Tofi led the Chargers with 15 kills. Keahi Kaneakua recorded 13 kills. Tylus Williams had 32 digs for the Chargers in the match.

The Chargers will hit the road to face the Waialua Bulldogs (2-2) on Monday, March 28 at Waialua High School. First serve is scheduled for:
