Honolulu City Council honors and recognizes Pearl City High School 50th Anniversary

It was quite an honor to represent Pearl City High School Wednesday morning as a proud graduate (PCHS ’77) along with fellow PCHS alumnus and current PCHS Student Activities Coordinator Kyle Miyashiro (PCHS ’90) at Honolulu Hale. Kyle and I were presented an Honorary Certificate from Honolulu Councilman Brandon Elefante in front of the full City Council recognizing Pearl City High School’s 50th Anniversary and the upcoming PCHS 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner and Silent Auction scheduled for Saturday, October 1, 2022, on the school campus.

Kyle is the PCHS 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner and Silent Auction planning committee organizer and chairperson and I serve as the planning committee marketing and entertainment chair.

We have an amazing planning committee representing current and former PCHS teachers and PCHS alumni who are working hard towards a fun and memorable PCHS 50th Anniversary Celebration with our PCHS Charger alumni ohana, supporters, and Pearl City community.

Mahalo Councilman Elefante for the opportunity to represent our beloved school while recognizing its momentous 50th Anniversary.
