The Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association held their annual Pearl City Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 4, 2022 which included parade participants representing the Rotary Club of Pearl Club Interact Clubs from Cross Academy School, Highlands Intermediate School, and Pearl City High School.
The RCOP Interact students, advisors, and supporters, participated proudly with Christmas spirit and joy while representing their schools and the RCOP. Highlands Intermediate and Pearl City School participated in the Marching unit division, while Cross Academy School entered the parade in both the Marching unit and Vehicle unit divisions.
As a board member of the Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association, and co-chair of the annual Pearl City Shopping Center Christmas Parade, as well as Interact Director for the Rotary Club of Pearlridge, I am truly honored for the opportunity to help coordinate the three RCOP Interact schools participation in the Christmas parade. It was a very rewarding experience seeing the Interact clubs come together as they marched behind their school’s Rotary / RCOP Interact banners.
Everyone had a great time. The RCOP is extremely proud of our Interact clubs who have committed themselves to support the communities that they live, go to school, and thrive as students and community leaders.
