This is so cool! Mary was volunteering in the first aid station at this morning’s Hawaii Pacific Health’s Women’s 10K Run at Kapiolani Park and got a chance to take a photo with UH Warrior Volleyball players Guilherme Voss and Kana’i Akana who were fresh off last night’s sweep of visiting Long Beach State.

Guilherme and Kana’i volunteered to pass out roses to 10K finishers at Kapiolani Park.

“It was so awesome that they took time to give back to their community while also thanking everybody at the event for coming out to support the Warriors. Wow, they are so tall in person when you’re standing next to them.”

Mary is a Pearl City resident and lifelong UH Hawaii Warrior fan and attended last night’s Warrior victory over Long Beach State at the Stan Sheriff Center.

We are all a part of a very special time in UH Warrior Men’s Volleyball history and future led by National Champion Head Coach Charlie Wade, coaching staff, amazing players, and Warrior supporters and fans.

The Warriors are the example of living and playing with Aloha in their hearts while representing the University of Hawaii and our State. They truly appreciate the love from the Warrior Nation of supporters and give back to the fans and community as much as they can, like today, while passing out roses and thank you’s to 10K finishers.

GO WARRIORS!
