As Little Joe’s Steakhouse at the Pearl Highlands Center in Pearl City prepares to open its doors with a Grand Opening celebration scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, Mary and I had an amazing opportunity to attend a pre-opening, exclusive, sneak peek dinner last night. Mahalo to Little Joe’s Steakhouse General Manager Kalau Hammond and his wonderful staff for a first-class dining experience.
Mary and I really enjoyed our dinner that began with fresh and tasty Spinach Salad and Seafood Bisque. Our entrees included 18 oz. Bone-in-Ribeye and a 12 oz. Greek Filet Mignon and baked potato. The rib eye and filet mignon were so delicious and cooked to perfection. I don’t think I have ever dined on a steak in Pearl City of the quality, taste, and portion size as Little Joe’s Steakhouse presents from their menu. We completed our meal with a Passion Fruit Crème Brule dessert.

We are both truly honored for the invitation and first-class dining experience. This is unique for Pearl City, and we will definitely return to Little Joe’s Steakhouse to celebrate occasions with family and friends in our own neighborhood.
Little Joe’s Steakhouse also has a pretty cool bar and a great Happy Hour menu. It will become a very popular place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends from grand opening day.
