Congratulations to Pearl City Neighborhood Board Chairman Larry Veray who was recently sworn in as Commissioner for the Neighborhood Commission as the City Council appointed representative. Commissioner Veray took the oath of office for the Commissioner position on Friday, July 19, 2024, at City Hall.
