Ernie Loo and the Lung Kong Physical Culture Club Lion and club members performed a traditional Lion Dance Blessing on New Year’s Day, Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at the Don Quijote Store located at the Pearl City Shopping Center.
Pearl City patrons lined the ramp to the Don Quijote entrance (Makai side of the shopping center) to feed the Lion money in hopes of bringing good luck and prosperity to the New Year.

*The Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association will celebrate the 2025 Year of The Snake with their traditional Chinese Lion Dance Blessing of participating merchants on Friday, January 31 beginning at 5:30pm near American Savings Bank.
Pearl City Shopping Center patrons and the community and their ohana are invited to participate in the Chinese Lion Dance Blessing performed by the Lung Kong Physical Culture Club.
