The Momilani Elementary School student body enjoyed a wonderful, wintery time on Wednesday after 16 tons of snow fell upon the school parking lot at around 8:30am.
Students Pre-K through sixth grade had an opportunity to play on both Mount Arakawa and Mount Williams (9 tons of snow each). All grade level each enjoyed thirty-five minutes playing in the snow with classmates.
Momilani Elementary Annual Snow Day is made possible by the generous support of the Momilani PTSO and B & C Trucking Company owner Verne Santos and son Cody Santos.
Momilani Elementary School
For 23 years (2 years missed due to the pandemic), B&C Trucking Company (Mr. Verne Santos and now son Cody Santos) has donated their trucking service and 6 tons of snow to our school. Hui O Momilani (Momilani’s PTSO) purchased 12 additional tons of snow for 18 tons of great fun. Thank you Uncle Verne, Cody, and to our Hui for the many years of fun!
Thank you to the Momilani Elementary ohana for once again inviting me to enjoy and capture the fun and memorable 2025 Momilani Snow Day moments.
