Mana Loa Nimitz Lions Club members volunteered their time on Saturday in support of the Hawaii Foodbank Food Drive held at the Pearl City Shopping.
I volunterred alongside my fellow MLNLC community volunteers to sign wave from 8:00am-10:00am on Kamehameha Highway fronting the Pearl City Shopping Center. The Pearl City Shopping served as a Hawaii Foodbank food and monetary collection site. Collection sites were set up across Oahu on Saturday.
We were extremely proud to serve the community together as Lions while reaching out for those in need of food and nourishment.
Mahalo to everyone who generously donated to the Hawaii Foodbank from their hearts for deserving ohana in time of need.
