The visiting Moanalua Na Menehune (1-2) defeated the Pearl City Chargers (1-2) Friday night with an overwhelming 55-7 win at Pearl City High School’s Edwin Bino Neves Stadium.
The Na Menehune defense held the Chargers to 29 yards of net offense to the Na Menehune 305 yards. The potent Chargers ground game was held to -16 yards in the ball game.
Na Menehune and former Charger Javian Mizuno returned to Edwin Bino Neves Stadium with an outstanding offensive performance with 4 catches for 97 yards and a touchdown and also scored on an electrifying 80 yard kick return.
The Charges kick-off the 2025 Oahu Interscholastic Association Division II regular season on Friday, August 29 against the visiting McKinley Tigers at Edwin Bino Neves Stadium with kick-off set for 7:30pm.
