Pearl City dropped Mililani from the unbeaten ranks in OIA Western Division Junior Varsity Baseball standings with a hard fought 2-1 victory on Saturday at the Trojans homefield.

Tytan Takahashi earned the win for Chargers while holding the potent Trojans battery to a single run in the ball game.  Ajay Moss got the start for the Trojans.

The Chargers avenged their only blemish of the regular season, a 5-1 loss to the Trojans to open the OIA Western Division regular season in early December at Pearl City High School. Both teams sit in first place in league standings and will finish the regular season next week. The OIA Western Division Championship and an OIA playoff berth will come down to the outcome of next week’s final regular season games.

GO CHARGERS!
