“Join us for a hands-on sushi course designed for curious home cooks and food lovers. In this non-credit course, students will learn how to properly prepare and season sushi rice before creating temaki hand rolls and makizushi rolls. Participants will learn rolling techniques, ingredient selection, and presentation tips while enjoying a relaxed and engaging culinary experience.”
