Congratulations to the 11-0 Pearl City Chargers who defeated the visiting Nanakuli Golden Hawks (8-4) on Thursday at Pearl City High School 25-21, 19-25, 25-21, 25-20 in the 2026 Oahu Interscholastic Association Division II Boys Volleyball Championship Semifinals. The win advanced the Chargers to the 2026 OIA DII Boys Volleyball Championship Title Game against the Kapolei Hurricanes who swept the Kaiser Cougars 3-0 in first match of the Semifinal doubleheader played at Pearl City High School on Thursday.
Pearl Citty will take on Kapolei (10-1) for the 2026 OIA DII Boys Volleyball Championship on Wednesday, May 6 at Radford High School with first serve set for 5:30pm. The OIA DI Championship will follow at 7:00pm. Both Championship matches will be broadcast live on Spectrum OC 16.
Pearl City swept Kapolei 25-17, 25-17, 26-24 during the regular season.
