By Robin Puuhala, Head Coach, Pearl City Chargers Boys & Girls Judo
Pearl City sent 9 into the finals and came away with a 8-1 record. After the dust settled we had 4 first time state champions and 4 two time state champions. 6 of them will return next year with
2 Freshman
4 sophomores
1 sophomore runner up
Here is a picture of my 8 State Champions (more than any other school). To say we are young is a major understatement and wait until you see my incoming 8th graders! What a great time to be a Charger!!!
