Rotary Club of Pearlridge members enjoyed another very special guest speaker at the club’s weekly Friday lunch meeting held at the Highlands Intermediate School Student Center in Pearl City on Friday, May 8.
Local Banking executive Keven Matsuura, Finance Factors Vice President / Loan Officer was our featured guest speaker this past Friday, May 8. Mr. Matsuura was introduced by RCOP President Eric Fujimoto while sharing his decades long friendship and professional finance background and history with Mr. Matsuura.
Mr. Matsuura has thirty years of experience in local banking specializing in residential and commercial banking. He is currently working in the residential side of banking while helping people buy homes.
RCOP members on Friday were treated to a very informative and interactive 101 regarding securing residential loans, down payments, multi collateral loans, accommodation mortgage loans, etc… Mr. Matsuura interacted with RCOP members with Executive Finance backgrounds and experience that brought the lunch meeting topic of discussion to another level. A lot of information was shared during Mr. Matsuura’s forty minute presentation.
