Congratulations to Pearl City High School Lady Charger Chloe Obuhanych who was announced today as an inductee into the 2026 HHSAA Hall of Honor. Chloe’s storied career as an exceptional and decorated Pearl City High student athlete is built on her legacy of winning multiple Oahu Interscholastic Association and Hawaii High School Athletic Association individual and team championships while participating in Air Riflery, Judo, and Wrestling. Chloe also excelled in academics throughout her four years at Pearl City High School and was recognized and honored as a PCHS Class of 2026 Valedictorian at the PCHS Graduation Commencement Ceremony held the Neil Blaisdell Arena on Sunday, May 17.

The Hawai‘i High School Athletic Association is proud to announce the 2026 Class of Inductees into the HHSAA Hall of Honor:

· Nihoa Dunn, KS-Kapalama (basketball)
· Ashlyn Jacobsen, Campbell (cross country, track)
· Kekama Kane, Iolani (football, soccer)
· Layden Kauka, Kohala (basketball, volleyball)
· Destiny Look, Mid-Pacific (soccer, track, volleyball)
· James Millare, Moanalua (track)
· Chloe Obuhanych, Pearl City (air riflery, judo, wrestling)
· Synnove Robinson, Punahou (cross country, swimming, water polo)
· Zaira Sugui, Moanalua (flag football, judo, wrestling)
· Journei Webster, Punahou (swimming)
These 12 outstanding senior student-athletes were selected by a 13-person committee of current and former sports reporters and athletic directors from around the state. The criteria is based mainly on athletic achievement but character, sportsmanship, academic record and community service also are taken into consideration.
The 12 inductees will be honored at a banquet set for 5 p.m., May 31 at the Sheraton Princess Ka’iulani’s Ainahau Showroom.
Each inductee also will be awarded a $2,000 scholarship courtesy of the HHSAA and Enterprise Holdings, which owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car brands.
