Mahalo to everyone who made Saturday night’s Highlands Intermediate School HAUNTED HOUSE 14 NEON NIGHTMARES a huge success for the Highlands Intermediate ohana, community partners, and special guests.
Mahalo to Highlands Intermediate Student Activities Coordinator Mr. Eric White who produced, coordinated, and designed the spooky and very scary HAUNTED HOUSE for the fourteenth year in a row. Also, mahalo to Mr. White’s Student Council students who put their Heart and Soul into building, as well as serving as spooky and scary characters and guides inside and outside the Haunted House experience.
There were so many fun activities and ono food and beverages to enjoy on the campus. My favorite was the Waffle Dogs cooked and served by Patti Rabacal and her Pearl City High School fundraising team.
A very special mahalo to the creative Monsoon Balloon Twisters Team and amazing Strolling Magicians for entertaining the crowd throughout the event that ran from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
The Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association generously sponsored the Monsoon Balloon Twisters Team and Strolling Magicians, as well as 3000 Neon Sticks, event banners, and $1000.00 monetary donation in support of the fun-filled Halloween spirited annual event.
Irwin Santos and me, Barry Villamil represented the Pearl City Shopping Center Merchants Association and had a great time while enhancing our support and bond with Highlands Intermediate School via our annual sponsorship and unique partnership for the school and Pearl City community.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
