Mahalo to the Pearl City High School Interact Club who joined the Rotary Club of Pearlridge Saturday morning to clean and beautify a portion of the Pearl Harbor Bike Path near Blaisdell Park during the Annual Honolulu City and County Pearl Harbor Bike Path Clean-up Day.
The team of community volunteers picked up rubbish along the Pearl Harbor Bike Path and scenic Pearl Harbor shoreline from Blaisdell Park westbound, past Puuloa Springs to the Hawaiian Electric Waiau power plant.
Everyone enjoyed pastries, popsicles, and cool water following the clean-up. Mahalo to Dick Mosko for providing the ono desserts and refreshments.
Also, mahalo to PCHS Interact Club advisor Mr. Dane Souza and PCHS Interact Club members for their commitment and sustainable, environmental efforts in the Pearl City and Pearl City communities.
Mahalo to my fellow Rotary Club of Pearlridge community volunteers who once again made difference by cleaning and beautifying the community.
Mahalo to Rotarians Dick, Randall, Rick, and Aaron!
Have a great weekend!
