Congratulations to the Pearl City Lady Chargers who defeated Sacred Hearts from the ILH 43-36 on Thursday in the Quarterfinals of 2025-2026 HHSAA D2 Girls Basketball Championship Playoffs at the Hilo Civic Center.
Pearl City’s Riya Tobosa had another outstanding scoring performance with a game high 25 points.
Destiny Tautofi led Sacred Hearts with 12 points.
The Lady Chargers will take on #2 Waimea from the KIF on Friday in the Championship Semifinals with tip-off set for 5:00pm at the Hilo Civic Center. Waimea defeated Mid Pacific (ILH) 52-39 on Thursday in a Quarterfinal match-up.
