Jorden is reporting from Easley, South Carolina, home of the 2026 Senior Little League World Series.
Pearl City captured the 2026 Senior League Baseball World Series title after a 5-0 win over Curaçao (Caribbean). Justin Kamanao-Bulosan dominated throwing a complete game shutout.
The journey for the team has been long. Losing the first game in the West Region tournament and battling their way through the losers bracket to eventually win, and losing the first game of the World Series, then battling their way to win the United States title and then the World Series.
This was an awesome experience for the team as they were able to learn and grow as players, on and off the field. They showed grit and determination, never giving up and always putting forth their best effort.
The team will land back in Hawaii tomorrow (Sunday, August 9) at 2PM in the United Baggage Claim. If you are free, please welcome the team home and come around 1:30PM. The team will also be taking a trolley to Pacheco Park at 3PM.
What a journey it’s been for these young men. This isn’t the end of the road for them. More events are to come, so stay tuned! Mahalo for all the support in getting to win the World Series and bring to title back home!
