It’s that time again—Pearl City High School Bowling is back!

very excited about this season’s team, which features six returning bowlers from last year and up-and-coming rookie freshman Roddy Asuncion.
The OIA season officially starts on September 2nd at Schofield Lanes.
Ahead of the season opener, the PCHS Boys and Girls competed in the pre-season Mililani Invitational this past weekend, which included several schools from the OIA and ILH.
On day one, the boys handled difficult lane conditions to shoot a three-game team series of 848, 807, and 865. Combined with three-game Baker team scores of 153, 192, and 174, they secured the 2nd place seed just behind Mililani.
The PCHS girls teamed up with a bowler from Nanakuli to complete a five-member team, competing under the name “Westside Girls.” They finished the first day in 1st place, with Mililani close behind.
Day two shifted to a Baker format double-elimination tournament. The PCHS boys won their first two matches against Mid-Pacific and Hanalani. They dropped their next match against Moanalua, which moved them into the elimination bracket. The boys fought hard for a spot in the finals but ultimately fell to Mililani, finishing their run in the semifinals.
Westside girls battled into the finals but fell short against Mililani Girls.

Thank you Mililani High school and Leeward Bowl for creating a platform for our High school bowlers to complete and fellowship.
Coach Millie and Coach Tony are incredibly proud of PCHS bowling team for their efforts and look forward to a great season ahead!
