The Pearl City Chargers lost a close game to Aiea 4-3 in OIA Red Western Division Junior Varsity Baseball played at Pearl City High School on Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
Aiea's Tyren Takasawa came through with a game winning 2 RBI triple in the top of the 7th inning that broke a 2-2 tie and put the Na Ali'i up 4-2.
Pearl City would come back in the bottom of the 7th inning to close within one run at 4-3.
