Community volunteers join HPD to slow down traffic in Pearl City (4/13/11)

Community volunteers joined HPD and Representative K. Mark Takai to slow down traffic in Pearl City through the Community Traffic Awareness Program (C-TAP). The C-TAP group conducting signwaving on the corner of Hoomalu and Hookanike Streets in Pearl City from 4:00pm – 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2011.
