Governor Neil Abercrombie made a stop at the 38th Annual Oahu Marching Band Festival held on Monday, November 4, 2013 at Aloha Stadium. The event was sponsored by Finance Factors and the Pearl City High School Music Learning Center.
Nine high school marching bands representing the Oahu Interscholastic Association participated in the marching band festival. Governor Abercrombie assisted host Pearl City High School in presenting each band a participation plaque.
