Pearl City’s season came to end on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 after losing to Kahuku 58-50 in the loser’s bracket of the OIA D1 Varsity Boys Basketball Championship Tournament played at Pearl City High School.

Hirkley Latu scored 12 points to lead Kahuku. Teammate Kieran Spencer dropped in 11 points.

Gilbert Tapat scored 12 points with 1 – 3 pointer to lead Pearl City.

Ryan Yamamoto added 11 points with 1 – 3 pointer. Sape Tupuola dropped in 9 points with 1 – 3 pointer for the Chargers.
