Kaiser blanked Pearl City 3-0 in the quarterfinals of the Oahu Interscholastic Association Red Division Boys Soccer Championship Tournament on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Mililani High School.
Goals:
Kaiser (3) Thomas Buntenbah (8th minute), Sylas Keb, (65th minute), Jake Niiro (73rd minute).
Kaiser advanced to the championship semifinals and will face Mililani on Thursday, January 30 at Mililani High School.
Pearl City will play Kahuku on Thursday, January 30 in a consolation semifinal match-up for fifth place in the tournament. The game is scheduled for 5:00pm at Leilehua High School.
Moanalua will take on Kalaheo in the other semifinal game at 6:30pm..
The top six OIA tournament finishers qualify for a berth in the HHSAA Division I Hawaii State Boys Soccer Championships scheduled for February 12-15 at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex.
