The W3 Lady Chargers crushed E6 McKinley 25-0 in the first round of the Oahu Interscholastic Association Varsity Softball Championship Play-offs played at Pearl City High School on Tuesday.
Pearl City’s Kristin Frost held the McKinley battery without a hit through five innings of work for the Lady Chargers. The game ended after the top of the fifth inning due to the 10-run rule.
The Lady Chargers pounded out 16 hits highlighted by Tyanna Peanut Butter Kaaialii’s 2-run home run blast to center field in the bottom of the first inning. PB finished the game hitting 2-2 with a HR, 3 RBI, and 2 runs scored.
