Moanalua moved on in the OIA Varsity Girls Volleyball Championship Tournament with a 2-1 win (25-23, 27-29, 15-6) over Pearl City on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Farrington High School.
Moanalua will play Kalani in a semifinal matchup at McKinley High School on Thursday, October 25.
Pearl City will match up with Castle for 5th place on Tuesday, October 23 at Farrington High School. Castle beat Pearl City 3-1 earlier in the tournament.
The Lady Chargers and Lady Knights have already secured a spot in the HHSAA State Girls Volleyball Championships scheduled for October 30 – November 2.
