The Pearl City community joined HPD Officers representing CTAP – Community Traffic Awareness Program, elected officials, Pearl City High School students and Pearl City Highlands Elementary School Junior Police Officers in a combined effort to bring traffic safety awareness to motorists traveling on Waimano Home Road & Leomele Street in Pearl City on Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
The group held signs encouraging motorists to slow down, obey the speed limit, and to watch out for pedestrians in crosswalks.
