Pearl City Highlands Elementary School celebrated Arbor Day on Friday, November 4, 2011 with the planting a of Dwarf White Tacoma tree donated and planted by the Outdoor Circle. The new tree replaces a 50 year old tree that toppled during high winds on the school campus earlier in January 2011.
