Ready 2 React Emergency Preparedness Event was held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Pearlridge Center in Aiea.
Pearl City and Aiea legislators, Council members, the Honolulu Department of Emergency Management, Federal and State emergency management agencies joined Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell in presenting the event.
The event was a great opportunity for the public to learn more about being prepared and to react in the event that an emergency or disaster should strike on Oahu. Councilmember Breene Harimoto and his staff played a major role in organizing and coordinating Saturday’s event.
