Waipahu pounded out scored 11 runs on 13 hits to beat Pearl City in five innings 11-0 in OIA Red Western Division Varsity Baseball played at Waipahu High School on Saturday, March 22, 2014.
Waipahu's Dylan Sugimoto pitched five complete innings allowing no runs and three hits. Sugimoto also batted 2-3 with a double and a homerun, drove in three runs and scored a run.
Tyler Enos ended the game with a two-run homerun in the bottom of the fifth inning that put the Marauders up 11-0 and enforced the 10-run mercy rule
