Summer Palipti pitched seven complete innings to lead the Campbell Lady Sabers over the Pearl City Lady Chargers 6-3 in the quarterfinals of the OIA Red Division Softball Championship Tournament on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Campbell High School.
Cydny Rivera took the loss while Kristin Frost pitched in relief for the Lady Chargers.
The Lady Sabers move to the OIA Red Championship semifinals on Friday, April 19, 2013 against Waipahu at Central Oahu Regional Park in Waipio. The game will be televised live on Oceanic Cable's O16 at 7:00pm. Waipahu defeated Moanalua 6-4 on Thursday, April 18 to advance to the semifinals.
The Lady Chargers will play Moanalua in the consolation semifinals for fifth place on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Moanalua High School with first pitch scheduled for 3:30pm.
