Community Traffic Awareness Program (C-TAP) a success on Kaahele Street in Aiea (11/23/10)

Representative K. Mark Takai, the Honolulu Police Department and community volunteers continued the Community Traffic Awareness Program (C-TAP)sign waving campaign on Kaahele Street in Aiea on Tuesday, November 23, 2010. The C-TAP group of volunteers held signs reminding motorists on Kaahele Street to slow down and drive safely through the Aiea and Pearl City neighborhoods.
