Kaiser remains unbeaten at 5-0 with 27-8 win over Pearl City (11.12.2021)

Kaiser QB Easton Yoshino led the Cougars over the visiting Pearl City Chargers 27-8 to remain unbeaten in OIA D2 Varsity Football played last night at Kaiser High School

Yoshino passed for 269 completing 19 0f 26 with 1 touchdown.

The amazing Cougars receiver duo of Kamakana Mahiko (9 catches for 124 yards and 1 touchdown) and Justin Kanekoa (6 catches for 103 yards) led all receivers in the ball game.

Kai Blackstone led the Cougars on the ground picking up 48 yards on 14 carries with 2 touchdowns. Ryder Rodrigues ran for 34 yards on 12 carries with 1 touchdown.

Pearl City QB Sefo Feesago passed for 118 yards completing 10 of 19 with no touchdowns.

Feesago also rushed for 48 yards on 13 carries and scored the Chargers only touchdown on a 3 yard run in the fourth quarter.

Marcus Rodriguez led the Chargers receiving core catching 1 pass for 41 yards.

Kaiser improves to 5-0 in league play, 5-0 overall, while Pearl City pulls even at 2-2 in league play and 2-3 overall.
